Baja Quest Mission Statement

Baja Quest was born from necessity as much as design or desire. Through the many years of working with clients, developers, marketing and sales executives, land owners, builders, architects, designers, engineers, lenders, realtors, lawyers and the many individuals that are involved in a development, we found key individuals who fit well into our business model.

Hard working, talented, resourceful, honest individuals, who were experts in their fields and passionate about their specific expertise. As we grew, we realized that we needed to bring all of these resources under one roof.

This obviously offers our clients a cutting edge advantage as all aspects of the development are under one roof where they can have all of the necessary elements to finalize a small transaction or a multi use development. Our clients who are doing cross border developments feel more secure knowing that we can answer questions accurately and quickly.

But it is far more for each element and each task that has to be performed is integral to many other tasks -all have to mold together to achieve the end goal. Design can relate to permitting, permitting is related to sales, timing is related to marketing, architecture is related to building, permitting and so on…you get the picture.

It is the interaction of the people involved in this process that makes the difference. We constantly have input from all individuals involved. The team helps one another, offers expertise, and moves the project forward with accurate information in an efficient and timely manner.

This allows our team to observe the process a little differently. The end result is what matters. We want a project that works for all the individuals involved, including the end user clients who will buy the home or condo. It is easier to focus on the big picture when everyone shares their own small picture under one umbrella to accomplish the same common goals.

At the end of the whole process, it is the investors and developers that we have to please. We take that seriously. Our goal is to provide exceptional value and to exceed the expectations of our client, no matter if it is the developer, the investor, or the end user.
